1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels attached.
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact our customer service at smgl5188@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the item (if applicable).
Step 2: Wait for our return approval and instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item back to the address we provide, with a tracking number (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds include the cost of the item only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
It may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
Customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
